Environment Check

7.1 Prepare for the Environment Check

Before running the checks:

• Sit directly in front of the camera.
• Make sure your face is clearly visible.
• Ensure adequate lighting.
• Make sure the microphone is working.
• Move to a quiet environment.

7.2 Run the Environment Check

Select Run Checks. The application checks:

• Face Detection
• Room Lighting
• Camera Quality
• Microphone Access
• Audio Quality
• Quiet Environment

7.3 Review Check Results

Review the result of each check. If a check fails:

• Review the guidance displayed.
• Correct the identified issue.
• Run the check again.

When the checks are complete, select Proceed. If some checks fail, the application may still allow you to proceed. It is recommended that you correct the issue and run the checks again first.
