9.4.2 Exam Info Tab

The Manage Exam screen opens on the Exam Info tab. Complete the tabs from left to right (from right to left in Arabic).

• (1) Tabs: Exam Info, Exam Construction, Exam Management, Manage Students, Locations, Exam Settings, Proctor Management and Schedule Exam.
• (2) Link with Assessment Activity, Ad-hoc Exam: Whether the exam is linked to an assessment activity of the course, or is an ad-hoc exam. Ad-hoc Exam is selected by default. You can link the exam to an activity later (see section 9.7).
• (3) Exam Format, Exam Type: The selections made in the wizard.
• (4) Title: The exam title displayed to students. Required.
• (5) Choose Language: English or Arabic.
• (6) Student Instructions: Instructions displayed to students before they start the exam.
• (7) Save: Saves the exam information.

1. In Title (4), verify or enter the exam title.
2. Under Choose Language (5), select the exam language.
3. In Student Instructions (6), enter the instructions, for example the rules that students must follow during the exam.
4. Select Save (7).

The exam information is saved. Next, set the weightage and marks on the Exam Construction tab (see section 9.4.4).
