Exam actions:

  • Edit: Opens the exam on the Manage Exam screen.
  • Mark Publish: Publishes the exam (2). See the procedure below.
  • Delete: Deletes the exam.
  • Copy Exam: Creates a copy of the exam. [TO CONFIRM: the earlier manual states that the schedule and weightage of the copy are reset and must be entered again.]

  • Print: Prints the exam paper. Not available for OSCE exams.
  • Exam Alignment Report: Displays how the exam items align with the course outcomes.

Review Exam actions:

  • Forward to Exam Reviewer: Sends the exam to an exam reviewer before it is published.
ℹ NOTE: [TO CONFIRM: for exams on the In Progress and Conducted tabs, the earlier manual lists further action groups: Exam (Exam Dashboard, Set Status, Test Exam, Preview Exam Settings), Conduction (Rejoined Student(s) History, Exam History of Assigned Student(s)), Extend Time (Extend Upload Time, Extended Exam Duration, Delayed Start Time), Post Exam (Recovered Exam Data, Re-arrange Weightage) and Results (View Result, Post Proctoring, Adjust Result, Publish Result). Confirm which actions are available in the current version, with screenshots, so that they can be documented.]
