System Requirements

2.1 Device and Operating System

The QQ Assessment Application supports Android and Huawei devices that meet the following requirements:

Android

• Supported Devices: Android phones and tablets
• Operating System: Android 10 or later
• Application Version: 4.0.24

Huawei

• Supported Devices: Huawei mobile devices and tablets
• Operating System: Huawei (Harmony OS) 4.0.0 and above
• Application Version: 4.0.15 

2.2 Internet Connection

A stable internet connection is required for:

• Signing in.
• Downloading the exam.
• Uploading the completed exam.
• Completing required online verification and proctoring.

2.3 Camera

A working camera is required for:

• Face Snapshot.
• ID Card Photo.
• Environment checks.
• Proctoring during the exam.

Make sure the camera is not covered and the lens is clean.

2.4 Microphone

The microphone is used for audio checks and for audio monitoring during proctored exams. Make sure the microphone is not covered or blocked.

2.5 Identification Card

Keep a valid physical identification card available for identity verification. Keep the card clearly visible and free from glare or reflections.

2.6 Device and Exam Environment

Before starting the exam:

• Fully charge your device or keep it connected to power.
• Turn on Do Not Disturb so that calls and notifications do not interrupt the exam.
• Turn off battery saver during the exam.
• Close all other apps.
• Place the device on a stable surface where your face is clearly visible.
• On Huawei devices, allow QQ to run in the background: turn off Power saving mode, open Settings > Battery > App launch, and set QQ to Manage manually.
• Choose a quiet, well-lit location.
