3.1 Download the Application<\/b><\/h2>

The QQ Assessment Application for Android is available on the Play Store. On Huawei devices, it is available on <\/span>Huawei App Gallery<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

  1. Open the <\/span>Play Store<\/b> on your Android device.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Tap <\/span>Search<\/b> and enter <\/span>Quality Questions<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
  3. Open <\/span>QQ (Quality Questions)<\/b> by Innovative Technology.<\/span><\/li>
  4. Tap <\/span>Install<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
  5. Wait for the application to finish installing.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    You can also open the Play Store from your university exam portal: select <\/span>Download Application<\/b> from the top menu, and then select <\/span>Download from Play Store.<\/b><\/p>

    On Huawei devices:<\/b><\/p>

    1. Open <\/span>Huawei App Gallery<\/b> on your Huawei device.<\/span><\/li>
    2. Tap <\/span>Search<\/b> and enter <\/span>Quality Questions<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
    3. Open <\/span>QQ (Quality Questions)<\/b> by Innovative Technology.<\/span><\/li>
    4. Tap <\/span>Install<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
    5. Wait for the application to finish installing.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

      You can also open Huawei App Gallery from your university exam portal: select <\/span>Download Application<\/b> from the top menu, and then select the <\/span>Huawei App Gallery<\/b> button. On Huawei devices with Google services, you can also install QQ from the Play Store as described above.<\/span><\/p>

      3.2 Open the Application<\/b><\/h2>
      1. Tap <\/span>Open<\/b> on the Play Store, or tap the <\/span>QQ<\/b> icon on your Home screen or in the app drawer.<\/span><\/li>
      2. Wait for the application to load.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

        The university selection screen is displayed.<\/span><\/p>

        3.3 Update the Application<\/b><\/h2>

        Updates for the application are delivered through the Play Store. On Huawei devices, updates are delivered through <\/span>Huawei App Gallery<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

        1. Open the <\/span>Play Store<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
        2. Tap your profile icon, and then tap <\/span>Manage apps & device<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
        3. Tap <\/span>Updates available<\/b>, and then tap <\/span>Update<\/b> next to <\/span>QQ<\/b>.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

          On Huawei devices:<\/b> open <\/span>Huawei App Gallery<\/b>, tap <\/span>Me<\/b> > <\/span>Updates<\/b>, and then tap <\/span>Update<\/b> next to <\/span>QQ<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

          \u26a0 <\/b>IMPORTANT: <\/b>Install available updates before your scheduled exam time. Updates can be large and may take several minutes to download.<\/span><\/div>

          3.4 Set Up Simple Keyboard<\/b><\/h2>

          On Android devices, including Huawei devices, the QQ Assessment Application uses <\/span>Simple Keyboard<\/b> for typing answers. The first time you sign in, QQ checks that Simple Keyboard is installed and set as the default keyboard. Complete the following steps when QQ asks you, or before your exam.<\/span><\/p>

          Step 1: Install Simple Keyboard (if not already installed)<\/b><\/p>

          1. Sign in to the application. If Simple Keyboard is not installed, the message <\/span>To proceed with the exam, please install Simple Keyboard on your device and set it as the default input method in Settings. Once installed and configured, return to the application to continue.<\/b> is displayed.<\/span><\/li>
          2. Tap <\/span>OK<\/b>. The Play Store opens on the <\/span>Simple Keyboard<\/b> page. On Huawei devices without Google services, open <\/span>Huawei App Gallery<\/b> and search for <\/span>Simple Keyboard<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
          3. Tap <\/span>Install<\/b> and wait for the installation to finish.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

            Step 2: Enable Simple Keyboard<\/b><\/p>

            1. Open <\/span>Simple Keyboard<\/b> from your app drawer.<\/span><\/li>
            2. When the message <\/span>Simple Keyboard is not enabled<\/b> is displayed, tap <\/span>OK<\/b> to open the <\/span>Language & Input<\/b> settings. You can also open <\/span>Settings<\/b> > <\/span>Language & Input<\/b> (or <\/span>Keyboard Settings<\/b>, depending on your device). On Huawei devices, go to <\/span>Settings<\/b> > <\/span>System & updates<\/b> > <\/span>Language & input<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
            3. Tap <\/span>On-screen keyboard<\/b> (or <\/span>Manage keyboards<\/b>).<\/span><\/li>
            4. Turn on <\/span>Simple Keyboard<\/b>.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

              Step 3: Set Simple Keyboard as the Default Input Method<\/b><\/p>

              1. Return to QQ. If the message <\/span>Please enable Simple Keyboard and set it as Default Input Method to proceed<\/b> is displayed, tap <\/span>OK<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
              2. In <\/span>Language & Input<\/b>, tap <\/span>Default keyboard<\/b> (or <\/span>Current keyboard<\/b>).<\/span><\/li>
              3. In <\/span>Choose input method<\/b>, select <\/span>Simple Keyboard<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
              4. Confirm that <\/span>Default keyboard<\/b> shows <\/span>Simple Keyboard<\/b>.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                Step 4: Return to the Application<\/b><\/p>

                1. Go back to the application by tapping the <\/span>QQ<\/b> icon.<\/span><\/li>
                2. Continue with sign-in and the exam.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
