6.1 Allow Camera and Microphone Access<\/b><\/h2>

The first time you open an exam, the application asks for access to the camera and microphone.<\/span><\/p>

  1. Read the <\/span>Allow Camera<\/b> message, and then tap <\/span>Ok, Continue<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
  2. When the message <\/span>\u201cQQ\u201d Would Like to Access the Camera<\/b> is displayed, tap <\/span>Allow<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
  3. When the message <\/span>\u201cQQ\u201d Would Like to Access the Microphone<\/b> is displayed, tap <\/span>Allow<\/b>.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    If you tapped <\/span>Don\u2019t Allow<\/b> by mistake, open <\/span>Settings<\/b> > <\/span>QQ<\/b>, turn on <\/span>Camera<\/b> and <\/span>Microphone<\/b>, and then reopen the application.<\/span><\/p>

    6.2 Face Snapshot<\/b><\/h2>
    1. Tap <\/span>Capture Your Face<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
    2. Read the instructions. Make sure your face is clearly visible, avoid light directly behind you, and check that your internet connection is stable.<\/span><\/li>
    3. Tap <\/span>Capture Your Face<\/b> to take the picture.<\/span><\/li>
    4. Review the picture. To retake it, tap the delete icon on the picture.<\/span><\/li>
    5. When the message <\/span>A picture of your face was taken<\/b> is displayed, tap <\/span>Next<\/b>.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

      When your face is detected, a green frame is displayed around the camera preview, and the message <\/span>1 face(s) detected<\/b> is shown above it. After the picture is taken, the message <\/span>” A picture of your face was taken<\/b> is displayed. If your university permits it, <\/span>Skip<\/b> may be available to continue without a face snapshot.<\/span><\/p>

If mandatory, a face snapshot must be captured before proceeding, and the step cannot be skipped.       6.3 ID Card Photo<\/b><\/h2>
      1. Tap <\/span>ID Card Snapshot<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
      2. Hold your valid ID card within the camera frame. Avoid glare and reflections, and keep the card steady.<\/span><\/li>
      3. Tap the shutter button to take the picture.<\/span><\/li>
      4. Review the picture, and then tap <\/span>Next<\/b>.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

        When the ID card is positioned correctly, a green frame appears around the camera preview. After the image is captured, the message ID snapshot captured successfully is displayed.<\/span><\/p>
