Exam Conduction on Web
Enter your username and password in the respective fields, And then click the Login button.
A popup providing links to download QQ application on all available desktop and handheld devices will appear
You are now redirected to the landing page which shows a list of students’ courses.
Click on Assessment link of required course to attempt your desired exam.
Students are able to access exams based on following two tabs.
- Summative
- Formative
The exam listing page for the course you selected will appear.The following available exams can be viewed on this page:
Previous (All exams whose date are passed)
Today's (Exams conducted in current date)
Upcoming (All exams with upcoming date)
"Today's" tab will be selected by default.
To start attempting an exam, click the "Attempt" link.
After clicking attempt link, system will download the required exam files. Wait until all files are downloaded.
Screen Sharing:
Once your exam is downloaded. A pop up will appear. Please enable screen sharing by clicking “OK” button.
Click on "Entire Screen" button to allow screen sharing.
Click "Share" button.
After allowing screen sharing, the system asks to capture and upload your face and id card images.
Please sit near to the camera so that your face is clear in image.
On this screen, you will get the following details:
- Exam Name
- Exam Duration
- Remaining Exam Time
- Exam Language
- “Exit” Button (If you click on it you will be redirected to exam listing screen).
- Exam remaining join time information
- Step1 : Provide you snap shot
- Step2 : Take snapshot of ID card
- Step3: Start exam
- In this tab you need to provide your face image.
- By clicking "Capture Your Face", you will upload a picture of yourself.
Please follow the below instruction to take a picture:
- Your face must be clear while taking your picture.
- There shouldn’t be any light behind you while capturing the picture.
- Your internet connection should work properly.
In case of blur picture, you can retake your picture by clicking on the retake icon.
After successfully adding your picture, click on the “Next” button.
- You can skip the identity picture if your supervisor has allowed you to skip it.
Click on the "Take Snapshot of ID Card" to add your ID card picture.
Please keep in mind that your ID card picture must be clear, like shown in the screen.
In case of blur picture, you can retake your ID card picture by clicking on the retake icon.
After successfully adding your ID card, click on “Next” button.
After clicking on Next you will see following popup after successfully adding your ID card snapshot.
Exam Page:
Now you are redirected to the exam page.
Please read all instructions carefully before starting your exam.
Exam Detail Page:
You will see following detail on this page.
- Exam Name
- Total Duration
- Remaining Exam Time
- Exam language
To start your exam please click Start Exam.
Now you are redirected to the exam screen where you can view following details.
- Questions in detail
- Remaining time on exam conduction screen during attempting exam.
Skip: You can skip a question by clicking on it.
Summary: You can see a summary of your exam here.
Mark for review: You may mark a question for later review by clicking Mark for review.
After solving your question you can move towards next page by clicking on “Next.”
Click on highlighted Icon to view exam instruction, if a student wants to see these instruction again.
After clicking on above icon you will see following popup. There you can read all exam instruction again.
By clicking on Mark for Review a message will appear.
If you want to mark your question for review, then click on "Mark for Review" button.
You can also unmark the marked questions as per requirements.
By clicking on mark for Review ,You will see following confirmation popup.
Summary Screen:
By clicking on summary you will redirect to the following popup.
Following colors on summary screen depicts the status of your exam as below.
Grey color: All question
White color: All unanswered questions.
Green color: All attempted questions
Blue color: All skipped question
Red color: It shows all questions you marked for review
End Exam:Please click on end exam, once you complete your exam.
By clicking on End Exam you will get a confirmation message.
Please click Ok.
After clicking on Ok you will see a popup that your Exam is finished successfully.
Now you are redirected to the landing page again.
You can view the score against your uploaded exam by clicking on the following link.
