Screen of Manage Multi Exam

  • After adding an exam activity in a course, a screen of “Manage Multi Exam” against that course will open once you start creating a multi exam. 
  • There are three tabs here. “Exam Info”, “Exam Scope”, and “Manage Linked Exams”
  • Exam Info means “Assessment Activity List”
  • Beneath, you need to add “Session Detail” by writing the “Title”.
  • Click “Save & Next” to proceed.
  • The second phase of “Manage Multi Exams” includes “Exam Scope”. 
  • Select the “Activity” that you want to proceed with. And see the “Objectives” that you want to link it with. 
  • Click “Next” to proceed.
  • Upon clicking on “Next”, you are on the third phase of the “Manage Multi Exams” screen.
  • It’s “Manage Linked Exams.”
  • Here, you can either select an existing exam or create a new exam.
  • You can create multiple exams for different activities, as long as the activity’s percentage in the course isn’t fully used up.
  • Upon selecting “Create New Exam”, you are now on the “Manage Exam” screen, and will now follow the same process as you did while creating the “Single Exam”.
  • You will see that the exam is already linked with an assessment activity. 
  • Give your exam a “Title”.
  • Choose your language. English or Arabic.
  • Write “Students Instructions” if you want to add some notes related to exams.

After completing “Exam Info”, the other tabs in “Manage Exam” are the same as those used when creating a single exam.
