2.1 Device and Operating System<\/b><\/h2>

The QQ Assessment Application supports Android and Huawei devices that meet the following requirements:<\/span><\/p>

Android<\/b><\/p>

  • Supported Devices:<\/b> Android phones and tablets<\/span><\/li>
  • Operating System:<\/b> Android 10 or later<\/span><\/li>
  • Application Version:<\/b> 4.0.24<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Huawei<\/b><\/p>

    • Supported Devices:<\/b> Huawei mobile devices and tablets<\/span><\/li>
    • Operating System:<\/b> Huawei (Harmony OS) 4.0.0 and above<\/span><\/li>
    • Application Version:<\/b> 4.0.15\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      2.2 Internet Connection<\/b><\/h2>

      A stable internet connection is required for:<\/span><\/p>

      • Signing in.<\/span><\/li>
      • Downloading the exam.<\/span><\/li>
      • Uploading the completed exam.<\/span><\/li>
      • Completing required online verification and proctoring.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        2.3 Camera<\/b><\/h2>

        A working camera is required for:<\/span><\/p>

        • Face Snapshot.<\/span><\/li>
        • ID Card Photo.<\/span><\/li>
        • Environment checks.<\/span><\/li>
        • Proctoring during the exam.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          Make sure the camera is not covered and the lens is clean.<\/span><\/p>

          2.4 Microphone<\/b><\/h2>

          The microphone is used for audio checks and for audio monitoring during proctored exams. Make sure the microphone is not covered or blocked.<\/span><\/p>

          2.5 Identification Card<\/b><\/h2>

          Keep a valid physical identification card available for identity verification. Keep the card clearly visible and free from glare or reflections.<\/span><\/p>

          2.6 Device and Exam Environment<\/b><\/h2>

          Before starting the exam:<\/span><\/p>

          • Fully charge your device or keep it connected to power.<\/span><\/li>
          • Turn on Do Not Disturb so that calls and notifications do not interrupt the exam.<\/span><\/li>
          • Turn off battery saver during the exam.<\/span><\/li>
          • Close all other apps.<\/span><\/li>
          • Place the device on a stable surface where your face is clearly visible.<\/span><\/li>
          • On Huawei devices, allow QQ to run in the background: turn off <\/span>Power saving mode<\/b>, open <\/span>Settings<\/b> > <\/span>Battery<\/b> > <\/span>App launch<\/b>, and set <\/span>QQ<\/b> to <\/span>Manage manually<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
          • Choose a quiet, well-lit location.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
